Biography

Oyebola Fatima Etudaiye-Muhtar, is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, with over 15 years of university teaching, research and administrative experience.

She has served as Acting Head, Department of Finance, Departmental Post Graduate Coordinator and Level Adviser. Her research interests are predominantly focused on corporate and development finance, banking and financial markets in developing economies with emphasis on Africa.

She has published several papers in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals and book chapters and presented at international conferences across the globe. Oyebola has an extensive industry background in finance having worked in the Nigerian commercial banking sector prior to joining the academic community and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
