Biography

Muftau Adeniyi Ijaiya is a Professor of Finance in the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria.  He has served as the Dean of Faculty of Management Sciences, acting Head of the Department and other several positions in the University. Professor Ijaiya has over two decades of teaching, research and administrative experience with the University.

Professor Ijaiya has successfully completed supervision of more than 7 Ph.D. candidates, supervised several M.Sc. Finance students and has published over 70 articles both at international outlets and national outlets. His research interest is rural finance, microfinance and agricultural finance.
